Our client’s brief was to update their Ibiza five-bedroom villa into a beautiful and functional space to entertain more guests and increase rental income. The challenge was to create more rooms while maintaining the Villa’s unique character and charm.

House transformed worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences.

We started by reconfiguring the existing space to create additional bedrooms and a cohesive narrative to run through the house.

We also intervened in the Villa’s outdoor spaces; we added a beautiful exterior kitchen and sun bedding area that was modern and functional by the swimming pool, ideal for entertaining.

We create a new chillout area on the terrace to enjoy the impressive views of the sea and mountains.

The property now has a capacity for 16 people, and we significantly increased the rental income.

The result was the perfect holiday home that exceeded the client’s expectations.
